                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM JERRY L. HONEYCUTT AND
                   DIANE D. HONEYCUTT RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   73B-1, BIG RIDGE COLLECTOR SEWERS III, TRACT
                   NO. 531, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF ONE
                   THOUSAND TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($1,025.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Jerry L. Honeycutt and Diane D. 

       Honeycutt relative to Contract No. 73B-1, Big Ridge Collector
       Sewers III, Tract No. 531, for a total consideration of 
$1,025.00.
